660 strike watch item confirmed — price tested and respected the lower gamma wall, with dealers actively hedging into the test. Structure held as anticipated.
Mid-session
Initial continuation thesis was superseded. Wall migration data showed the 680 strike reinforcing unexpectedly — compressing the effective range and reducing directional probability on both sides.
Late session
Breakout above 690 watch condition was invalidated. Price approached the upper wall three times but structural conviction weakened after mid-session. Put pressure began rebuilding below 670 in the final hour.
Into close
Accumulation scenario activated near session lows. Structure appeared to compress into settlement, with pin gravity evident around the 665 strike through the final print.
03 · Interpretation
Structure favored containment rather than continuation. The original upper-breakout watch condition was superseded mid-session when wall migration data showed unexpected reinforcement at 680. The move remained difficult to trust because narrative risk was not yet fully priced — the market appeared to price the event rather than the direction, a pattern consistent with sessions where binary context remains unresolved. Confidence weakened when three attempts at the upper wall failed to produce expanding flow conviction. The read remained contested through the close.
